At myluxurystore.in, we take great care to ensure your luxury items are delivered safely and promptly. We currently ship exclusively within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

To ensure timely delivery, we adhere to a strict daily processing schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST)
  • Time Zone: India Standard Time (GMT+05:30)
  • Processing Rule: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

We calculate your delivery date based on two factors: Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday). This includes authentication checks and secure packaging.
  • Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Charges & Methods

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.

  • Shipping Fee: ₹0
  • Courier Partners: We partner with premium logistics providers (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery) to ensure secure handling of high-value goods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal.
