1. 15-Day Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. This allows you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations in terms of condition and authenticity.

2. Hassle-Free Returns with Free Shipping

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at no additional cost. We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders to make the process simple and convenient for you.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received (e.g., no new wear, stains, or damage).
  • All myluxurystore security tags and original brand tags must be intact and attached.
  • The product must not have been used, altered, or worn by the customer.
  • All original accessories, dust bags, and documentation included in the shipment must be returned.

4. Shipping Discrepancies & Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your luxury finds. However, if you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (different from what you ordered):

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us at customercare@myluxurystore.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Documentation: Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label and the specific issue.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a priority return and offer a full refund or a replacement (if available).

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at customercare@myluxurystore.in with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Improperly packaged returns may not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the Bank Account or UPI ID provided by you at the time of the return request.

7. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must initiate the cancellation before the order is shipped. Log in to your account and select “Cancel Order” for the relevant order number. If the item has already shipped, please follow the standard return process upon delivery.
